1 | Verwijder het medium uit de wells die je gaat blootstellen. |
2 | Voeg 150 µL compleet medium toe aan de well, en voeg daar vervolgens 50 µL van je deeltjes aan toe. Doe dit in duplo per sample (PLGA: samples DO en DC, liposomen: samples HO en HC). Neem ook onbehandelde controles mee! |
3 | Incubeer de plaat overnacht op 37°C in de incubator. Ga vervolgens verder met het analyseren van de functionaliteit van de cellen. |
